Triathlon Training Groups
RICE iRUN Triathlon group is a fun, goal oriented yet social group that meets to improve performaces, push limits, and improve your general stamina. Sunday Bike Rides leave from BRICKELL location of Rice House of Kabob. If you are new to Triathlons, this is a great place to start! You will be training side by side with elite athletes you humbly share their wealth of knowledge as they push you to set your own goals...and achieve them.
Sometimes we need a little extra push to get us out the door, and signing up for a structured program such as the one that Tri2One provides, may be just the thing you need. With over 30 years of experience in the sports of running & triathlon and being a USA Track & Field and USAT certified coach since 1998, Coach Marcelo is there to help you achieve your goals from finishing a race, competing according to your expectations or qualifying for important races. Check out the website below for more info!
