Just keep swimming

With the moon showing herself over me, Storm clouds rolling in to my right, the shoreline slowly evacuating to my left, the bobbing heads and splashing feet ahead of me getting further and further and the booie seemed to appear and disappear in the distance, my arms cramping reminding me I need to swim more often, my mouth catching mouthfuls of water as I opened up for air in the choppy waters---my body wanted to give up, my mind said, just keep swimming.

Not every workout will feel great, not every swim will feel like your propelling forward , not every run will feel like your flying, and not every ride will feel like your gaining on the leaders.....but as long as you keep going... You'll feel like a champ after every workout. Today--I didn't get bit/eaten by anything, I didn't drown,  and I definitely didn't give up-- all in all, I'd have to say it was a good day.

Here's to workout that push you to your limits!
