Herbalife Challenge

15 days...2 shakes a day, Some tea, and LOTS OF DOUBTS

This morning I began a new challenge. I am going to try out the Herbalife shakes and tea for 2 weeks.
It cost me $109 dollars to purchase the 2 week supply of the MEAL Replacement powder (French Vanilla) + the protein powder + the Raspberry tea for hydration and fat burning.
My plan is to drink a shake for breakfast and dinner for the next 2 weeks and get a solid/substantial lunch at school during the week. On the weekend, I will probably play it by ear depending on the way the weekend plans play out.

There are a couple reasons why I am starting this. The first one is that it honestly sounds too good to be true. I want to try it out and see how my body feels and see if it actually works. Second of all, I run a lot. I live a generally active/healthy life, but I haven't been able to loose the last 10 pounds of the baby weight that I gained with Nico...mainly my stomach area. I know I am not FAT for those of you rolling your eyes right now, but for a runner/triathlete, BEING LITE on my feet is not only a priority but a necessity. Try running around with 5 pound weights on each leg and then tell me you don't feel "SO MUCH FASTER" when you take them off.

I am planning on monitoring a couple things: taste, hunger, weight, convenience

Lets see how it goes. If you want to try it out too, check out the website. If you want to wait and see what I think about it...stick around for a couple weeks and I'll give you my brutally honest opinion.
