Herbalife Challenge DAY 1:
Notes: This morning (as usual) I was rushing to get Nico and myself out the door. I managed to make my shake (1 scoop of protein, 2 scoops of meal+ 8oz of milk+ a couple blueberries for color) in the magic bullet...less than 1 min I was done. Time of Breakfast: Shake at 7:05am Time of Lunch: 12:35 (school Cafeteria) Time of Dinner: Shake 7:15pm Taste: It tasted vanilla-y, the cold milk and frozen blueberries made it nice and cold. I actually enjoyed the taste. I remember when I was making the breakfast juices with spinach and carrots, and all that jazz...Really good for me and natural...but after a couple days, I couldn't handle the texture and taste =(. hunger: I wasn't STARVING at any point. Start weight-143lbs Current Weight: haven't weighed myself Convenience: SUPER!!!! A+ Things that are going through my mind: Will I be satisfied enough with 2 shakes and 1 meal? Am I going to PIG OUT at lunch? How hard will the next 15 days be? In other words, How hard will it be to stay on track the next 15 days? |
